Every bear sold, helps us to provide a bereaved child with a cherished reminder of their special person that has died and bring comfort during a difficult time.

Bluewater Giving Tree
If you’re shopping at Bluewater, you can donate a gift at their Giving Tree. Last year, every child at our Christmas party received a gift donated from the tree – and they were very well received! Smiles all round!
Presents can be donated up until Sunday 23rd December – the tree is on the Upper Mall, outside M&S.

Here’s what you have to do:

🎄 Head to the Giving Tree on the Upper Mall, outside M&S
🎄 Choose a boy’s or girl’s name tag, which will also show an age
🎄 Have fun selecting an appropriate gift from Bluewater for the child you have selected
🎄 Deposit the unwrapped gift into the Drop Box at the Giving Tree
🎄 Take a picture and share with your friends to help us to support local charities
🎄 Enjoy the warm feeling from making a child’s Christmas special

Why not have some fun and raise money for HOLG at the same time?

🎅 Santa Run – rally your friends and family for a festive sponsored Santa run!

🍪 Bake Off – cook up some delicious treats and sell them at school / in the office.

🎵 Carol Singing – showcase your vocal talents by participating in carol singing in your local area, asking for donations!

❓ Christmas Quiz – Organise a festive themed quiz at home, in your office, local pub or online.

💡 Christmas Lights – Decorate your home and invite passers by to admire your festive lights for a little donation! Create a QR code, pop it on a poster and they can donate online!

🤶 Christmas Jumper Day – encourage your colleagues and social groups to embrace the Christmas spirit by wearing their quirkiest Christmas jumpers for a little donation.

🎁 Santa’s Grotto – Transform and create a dedicated area for your own Santa’s Grotto, and invite local families to donate money to meet Santa.
