Holding On Letting Go is a charity providing support to bereaved children , young people and their families throughout Kent and Medway.

This video was filmed at one of our bereavement support weekends, taking a look at some of the activities and meeting children and young people as they talk about their memories.

We also hear from the mother of a young girl who attended a weekend and find out how the parent/carers support group enabled the family to move on in their grief and make lasting connections with others.
